I imagine a world without spaghetti would be very much the same as all of the scenes from Escape from L.A.
Snake Pliskin (A young dashing Kurt Russell) would go around basically treating the world like his playground. Visually the world would look like the Thunderdome and all the chicks would dress like Tina Turner.
Either way, the world would be chaotic. And we would never have that singular moment where Tramp got to Smooch Lady. Sad sad world indeed.
